I'll take the night vision, thanks.
I'm driving on a roads that are lit, there are oncoming cars with their lights on, and my headlights are on. I am not conducting a night patrol on the Mekong Delta. The IC lights look brighter in that picture than they actually are.

It will work fine. to verify plug in the IC without putting everything back together and go for a ride to verify using a GPS app, if it's off take off the needle and adjust. i don't think you'll have to adjust it.

When I put the key to accessory the the speedo needle goes to 15 then down to 10?
Edit: I removed the needle and reinstalled with the key on and seems to work now

Never any possibility of driving outside of the city, then?
