Everything in the past has been a little different....
I have built and tuned everything from 550 whp turbo honda civics, to 300+ whp motorcycles, to 1,100 whp turbo ls1's which btw you don't get those numbers by not knowing how a computer controlled engine works! So don't dare say I know nothing about how computer controlled engines work!

Just throwing in my 2 cents, all this emissions crap is confusing. I love my truck being emissions exempt. Now only if the jeep was :/

You already have 49-state emissions.
By the way, removing manufacturer-installed emissions equipment is actually a federal offense and has little bearing on whether or not your jurisdiction of registration performs regular testing.
