Lucas doesn't contain any anti-foaming agents like motor oils do. Many auto parts stores have a Lucas display. The display is a series of gears with a shaft that you spin to see how well lucas oil sticks to the gears all the way to the top. On the other side of the display is the same setup, just with motor oil in it (no Lucas.) Well, if you spin both as fast as you can for about 10-15 seconds, you'll notice that the oil with the Lucas inside turns to just foam and bubbles, while the oil with just oil in it is still oil, with a few bubbles inside that disappear fairly quickly. Lucas's own display used against them. Try it for yourself.
