Default T-case humming after bearing replacement

Hello all, recently I developed a ticking noise coming from the transfer case after getting stuck in a mud hole (I have a separate post about that with a video of it) and thought I found the culprit to that when I would wiggle my front DS and saw some play. Took out the t case opened it up replaced the front shaft input and out put bearings. Put it all back together and there was no more play but it’s didn’t fix the ticking noise and on top of that now theirs a loud humming noise coming from it too. It’s consistent with speed and does it in drive and neutral. I’m close to giving up and taking it to a shop where I’ll likely be robbed but at this point I don’t know what to do. Video attached I appreciate any help.

When you replaced the bearings, did you by chance give them a feel while spinning them? I replaced the input bearing and front output bearing (NSK) in the rebuild kit I used with quality parts and they were night-and-day smoother; SYE took care of the rear bearing. The TImken bearings ran completely smooth, no roughness, while the ones in the kit had some roughness to them. Never tried it with the NSK bearings, so I can't say with any certainty how well they would have worked.

Have you tried driving it without the front driveshaft? In 4H?

You're not far from having done a complete rebuild; with the proper "internal lock ring pliers", it's fairly easy.
