No, that won't help at all. This is when you have friction noise at low speed turns with a limited slip. Something different.
You have gear noise at highway speeds.
You can try with the heavy duty oil, the 75w 140. That might reduce the noise. You need to open and see if there are metal shavings.

Arab another way to check for a LSD is to jack up your rear tires, then spin them by hand.

Do they both spin in the same direction? If they do, you have a LSD.

If they turn opposite ways, you have an open diff.

If you have a LSD and it doesn't make noise/chatter in a turn, you don't need the additive. If it is noisy/chatters in a turn, put the additive in. The additive just makes a limited slip slip more/easier, so it's quiet, but more slippage somewhat defeats the purpose.
