Default technical help Jeep Cherokee sport

So this may be kinda long. It started back when I had my subwoofer hooked up to my battery. Car worked fine for a couple months but one day when I tried turning on the jeep the engine would turn over but shortly after instantly stall. So we took out the sub and the car worked fine again. These past couple months it slowly got worse but when I would put the jeep in reverse and let off the gas it instantly stalls and I gotta restart the car but if I keep my foot on the gas it will keep the rpm up and not die. Here's a couple other problems but same issue. When I put the windows down either in park or on the road the rpm will drop pretty drasticly and as long as I keep the window motor on it will keep the engine from returning to its original rpm. Another issue when I'm pulling up to any stop my jeep will shutter and rpm will drop until I release my foot off the brake but not stall. Although one day I was using my turn signal, brake and power steering which was too heavy of a load and the car stalled mid turn which was pretty bad. . The rear taillights are now going bad aswell as I have just gotten pulled over for it. When I'm driving and the headlights are on or off and I press the brake the reverse lights very dimly come on and the left brake light dimly lights up. I thought I could take out the reverse lights until I could fix the problem but now the hazard\blinker lights will come on instead very dimly after I took out the reverse lights. Anyone have any ideas. I'm thinking of taking it to a mechanic but I'd rather not. Now here's some ideas on what I think it might be, the alternator was redone at about 170000 and it's now at 279000 ya WOW!!! It could be the voltage regulator in the alternator because when I turn the ignition to battery the dashboard shows it having about 12 volts instead of 14. Another idea is the sensor modules in the engine are crossing paths and making the voltage go ***** (explainging the brake lights). Finally I don't know if it could affect it but its possible there's a bend in the tail pipe and its causing the exhaust to get clogged in the pipe and the o2 senor is making the engine light go on because of it. Now thus isn't making the car in driveavle but its still really unsafe for other drivers who have probably pissed their pants seeing my reverse lights come on hahaha. Thanks everyone if you have and ideas??

Replace all battery cables with good quality ones. Clean and refresh all grounds. Clean your battery terminals.
