Soooo..... back on topic, does anybody know what years lines will fit an 87?

I don't think they ever changed. Let us know how fun they are to remove.

I love the title change. So I'll tell you I have no experience in that system. Still not the answer you're looking for I guess?

Are you new to the internet?

If you don't march in lock step with everyone else, you're doing it wrong. Didn't you know that?

That's fairly typical of the internet.

I can't help you, sorry. I will say the NiCop line recomended above is really really easy to work with, if you cannot find a prebent source.

why not just go with rubber? i'm sure it would be much easier to manipulate along the frame rail.
i don't think i've ever seen a listing for steel vac replacement lines for the XJ or YJ for that matter.

there's a lot of bends in it. not sure how easy it would be to fish the new pre bent lines into place. if i recall, when i removed my rusted out lines, they were all joined together in a clamp like system to be replaced as one. it was a bich to remove what was left intact.
i eventually replaced my whole front axle with one from an 89 limited with non disco AND larger U-joints and that was the end of that factory nonsense.

Yep. It doesn't come out easy. I've always just cut them out.
