Default Thinking of lpg conversion

Hi guys. Could you tell me if my fuel tank is metal or plastic. Thinking of converting my 1994 xj 4 litre auto box cherokee to lpg so a replacement smaller fuel tank lpg tank combination underslung is a good idea. I've read there easily available and reasonably priced. Thanks

Go tap on it. Ting-ting it's metal. Tunk-tunk it's plastic. Or, you could get real scientific and use a magnet.

Too much expense for very little gain. You would be better off finding an XJ that already has an LPG system installed.
