I have A flowmaster highflow cat and a muffler with a k&N intake under the hood. I would suggest doing all of this if you want to save gas mileage. My gas mileage was fantastic after the intake and even better after the exhaust. But I wouldn't do the throttle body first. You want to get the intake first.
