2000 and 2001 Limiteds, at least some of them, came with 16" wheels. The 00 Limited I last owned had them stock.

Of course it's a problem if you rub on your LCA's. But it's really not difficult to figure out where full lock is and stop turning the steering wheel right before then. I bump mine maybe once or twice a week, only while parking though.
