That is a stock as in came from the factroy bumper and carrier you can find them if you search jys and the like but they are kind rare many guys have never even seen one

 

This bumper was made by AEV, made only a couple years and was OE for a short period of time on a limited amount of cherokees. Quadratec had them for sale back in 2000 and I heard they sold only a couple. Very expensive about $1,200.00 in the day. A local wheeler around here found one in a JY about two years ago, he refuses to even think about selling it.

Are you referring to the one pictured above as the one made by AEV? Because it isn't. This is AEV's XJ rear bumper.

 

smart friend of yours. those things are rare to find these days. i saw a guy with one in moab and they are pretty interesting.

No. AEV made them for Daimler Chrysler Corp.

AEV has made alot of bumpers/tire carriers. My personal favorite was the one that hooks into the hatch hinges with those extension and flips up before the hatch.
