Default Tires Binding/Not Spinning

Hey Everyone,

I searched the forum, and couldnt find anyone else with this problem, so I decided to ask..

I just finished work on my 99 XJ Classic. I replaced the ball joints, wheel hub assemblies, brake rotors, pads and calipers on both sides. Everything went in smoothly and we ran into no problems, until putting the wheels on..

The wheels went on fine, and could rotate no problem, then we tighten them down and torque them and the wheels wont spin anymore. We loosed the wheels, and the wheels spin fine. It looks like the rotor is hanging up on the dust shield? but its hard to tell. The rotors are the right ones (cast with hubs for cast rotors)

Im just confused, and if anyone knows a solution or if they have had this problem before, please help!

Going to work on it again tomorrow, so any help would be much appreciated!

Problem solved. Rotors were 1/4" to deep.
