Default TnT truss with RC 6.5 long arm

im getting ready to purchase my lift(RC6.5 long arm) and at the same time im going to purchase the Tnt dana 30 truss with etherOver the Axle or high steer trac bar mount(im still not sure what the difference is).

My question is am I going to need to get a new trac-bar, or will the one with this kit fit?

My guess is that the trac -bar from the RC lift will fit the stock trac bar mount.??

Looking for opinions !!

The stock track bar mount should be unaffected by the truss. The one for a high steer will move the track bar mounting up several inches and should only be used with a high steer conversion of some type.

if you get the truss with the tracbar mount on top of the axle, the RC tracbar will probably be too long. plus if you go that route, you will need to invest in some sort of high steer kit (like the JCRoffroad OTK system) for proper angles.

Ok...my real problem is the trac bar axle mount broke and I wanted to bring it up higher for better clearance,,, I was thinking fabing one up and using a adjustable trac bar?? but im not sure yet

Maybe I could cut old one out and fab a new one?.. has anyone ever done this? any write ups?

You will need to mount it in the stock location or you will have bump steer. The track bar and drag link need to be the same length and parallel or you get the bump steer.
