Track bar bracket bolt ident

Engine: Supercharged 440 Magnum punched .60 - yeah right.. 4.0 like everyone else.

Good morning fellas.
I'm 1 step away from finishing the Zone front-end rebuild on my 99XJ. I bought the Iron Rock Off-Road track-bar and bracket, ditched all OEM hardware and replaced with new Grade8's. Then I realized the one bolt has the nut welded on to the frame.
Any ideas as to the metric size of that one? It looks like a common bolt, but I've given up on guessing. The old one was destroyed when I took it out. Rusted to hell.
It's the bolt closest to the radiator, on the bottom side of the TB bracket.
