Doesn't seem possible to get to the nut on the passenger side to remove the track bar. The bolt is a 17mm but on the other end is a nut that is impossible to get a wrench on without cutting. No video online shows this situation.

 

It's a "flag" nut. There should be a tab that keep the nut from spinning? Did it break off (or rust off)?

That's what I thought would be there but it really is just a nut. I can turn the bolt and the nut spins. Seems like the only way to get a wrench on it is to do some cutting.
