Ive got the spring in the right spot I believe (fiddled with it on lunch break)..
I think I see what your talking about now.
Should it be hard to get in?

May try to do it tonight if I get outta work in time.

Nah, should push right in. The little tabs on the clip around the cable hold it in place.

So The bracket is bent up a bit from something, the tabs suck dick to begin with.. The whole design is dumb if you ask me.

I managed to bend the bracket back a bit, get teh tabs to hold it and then I wedged some hair pins in it.. May go buy some cotter pins or something just for extra assurance.

I think itll hold.. just gonna keep an eye on it.
