Default trans fluid question

hey everyone i just changed my trans fluid and when i came back from the test run i opened the ood and checked the levels, i noticed that there is a tube on the firewall that had some trans fluid coming out of it. i assume that its a breather tube but i just want to make sure that that is normal? thanks

not the dip stick tube it was a rubber tube that has a breather type cap on it similar to the cap on the breather tube for the front diff, i did check in neutral but not level ground i will go do that.

Hmm, interesting, mine hasnt got any " trans breather tube" .
But anyway, no there shouldnt be any transfluid coming out of any tube because that would mean you likely overfilled the trans (or have some serious flow issue otherwise)
Like stated above: check fluid level on level ground and idling in neutral.

alright you guys were right i put too much fluid in the trans so i redrained and fill with proper amount of trans fluid. just so you know the fluid was coming out of the dipstick tube and driping on to that other tube so it looked like thats what it was coming out of. thanks everyone for your help
