Default Transfer case or diff issues

I put my jeep in the shop last Sept to have the driveshaft, springs and transfer case repaired. Since then, every time my wheels are under a load, I get this grinding sound either from the diff or the transfer case. I also noticed that my transfer case sometimes gets stuck in gear. It also pops out when in 4wh. I took it back to Hackensack spring to have it looked at and they said its nothing. Now I have problems with my front wheels fighting me in turns at or above 15 miles at corners. I've complained about the rear spring bottoming out on speed humps and regular drains on streets. Even where there are dips.

Can anyone explain some problems, so I can get it back to how my jeep was? Mind you, I had blocks installed before the shaft broke. No other problems until it was out of the shop. I was told a new chain was installed and an output shaft on the transfer case to rear driveshaft.
