transfer case linkage
I have a 6 inch lift on my cherokee with a 1 inch t case drop. The linkage slips out every now and then when i shift it into 4 wheel drive. There are no clips on the end of the linkage and im wondering if there are supposed to be. My friend has the same problem with his cherokee who also has a 1 inch t case drop and there are no clips on his linkage. Does any one know of any ways that might hold my t case linkage in better?

There are no clips on it. If it is slipping out it is because it is in a bind. You have two options. One is to move the linkage mount that is on the body down 1 inch also to match the other side. The other is to convert it to a set up that utilizes one rod like the ones from Novak Enterprises.
