Transmission Installation
Hi guys, i went out and got another gear box today , me and the old man are going to fit it but we have only ever fitted hilux and commordore manual gear boxes, any cherokee instructions??
We are not the type to take it to a mechanic, they are rip offs in australia

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
All the same, just different size tools needed, the method is the same as Toyota. The clutch slave cylinder may be different though.

Any body have a pic of the back of a 4.0 w/out tranny or fly wheel or can any one tell me if there are freeze plugs on the back of the block on a 4.0? I have drops of water coming out at bottom of the tranny inspesction plate cover. I am assumingg it's the freeze plug. The back of the head is good and no water at the head gasket either.
