Is there anything other than Cherokee and 93 grand with straight six that I can pull it from if my local yard doesn't have any 91-95? I'm ok losing my full-time 4wd so I'm open to np231 as well. I don't mind breaking open a case if I need to swap some parts from my existing case to make the new one work.

Here's a link to NAVAK's website. You may want to read thru the input shaft data and contact them some how and see what you may need to convert a later model 242 to your model year 242 configuration.
