Something's out of spec still then. The options are the harness or the solenoid really. The only way to find out for sure would be to drop the pan and test the solenoid directly. If it tested fine then you'd need to check the harness from the plug pin F to the connector onto Sol #2.
This is the kit I bought back in 2018 with no issues so far. It comes with the filter which Cruiser54 advises to just leave alone as they never fail, it does however come with the gasket and solenoids. You may find them cheaper separately if you look around.

Thanks boxburn. I sent the diags to Cruiser54, but it will probably be a few days before I hear back from him. Until then it's shift and go and I have some front brake problems to iron out.

As I mentioned, I suspect the harness from the pan to the engine bay connector with mine
the test is to drop the pan, and test resistance of A) the solenoid, B) the harness wire
as my TC solenoid seems to have now stopped working entirely, I will soon have to do this
I am hoping I can get away with snip the offending wire and splice it, instead of a replacement harness
