Maybe in Michigan. And if you like flinging mud & stuff up at your panels & into the cab. Been there, done that.

Cut to the fender line up front and cut and fold the rear and never look back. Also stay out of the mud it just eats parts alive.

So VERY, VERY true. Rocks are so much better and require more skill.

How do I figure out how much to take off? Just level ground and turn the wheel so I know where it hits?

Hmmm,...this is such a well known thing to almost everyone, I'm surprised anyone STILL makes this mistake. Baffled...

Don't drive through a bunch of mud.

I run YJ pocket Whackers because I got them for free. Its not the look I wanted but I can flex out 36's so it works. Anyway I local I don't really know has XJ whackers and he didn't cut his fenders. I had to laugh a little when he criticized how mine looked. I don't know what his goal was. Maybe smaller wheel wells? But it looked like crap. So please read the directions.

No skill in puddle jumping. Full throttle and hold on.

Why not two TJ rear flares? They are inexpensive and look like the originals if installed right. Just a thought.
