does eney one have a tuff country lift on there xj i found a 3.5 inch lift for about 400 and was wondering wat yall think

go with the 4.5inch lift from rough country. Its only 459.99 and free shipping. But i upgraded to the rear springs so mine was 659.99. But im not real familiar with tuff country lift tho

did it droop and how hard was it to put in did it come with a tc drop srry bout all the questions man im just tryn to find me a desent lift for 31s at least and for it to look really good

yea it comes with the transfer case drop and i havent put it on yet but it starts out at like a 5in lift and it ends up being a 4.5 after it breaks in

difficulty depends on how rusty and maintained you xj is.

pb blast it before hand and you should be ok

I have a 2000 and it is totally stock and i was tryn to find a mostly complete kit for a good price wats the good and the bad about the rc and wat else did u buy that the kit didnt come with

the kit comes with everything except the tires.

the kit includes Front coil springs, front lower control arms, transfer case drop kit, front track bar drop bracket, swaybar links, brake line relocating brackets, 4 RC Hydro 8000 series shocks, and rear add-a-leafs and shackles or you can upgrade to NEW rear leaf springs.

But i added a control arm drop kit so that it was only at 3in lift to keep stress off the arms. but It is not a necessity man

Well i keep hearing about this death wabble is that gonna happon and will i need a sye right away im poor haha and ill have to save and i hope it dont look to gay with 235 for a month or so haha thanks alot man

the sye is i think 230 as an add on to the kit. it only works for the 231j tho.

The beloved death wabble is in the steering system and the control arm bushing. It does not have anything to do with a lift kit.

at 4.5" i think a DPA is in order. at liest thats what im going with.
