Default TUPY heads
Did Jeep switch to TUPY head castings for the 2001 4.0? My XJ has an 1-01 birthday.

No.
XJ's never had them,
They appeared in the 4.0's on the later '02 to '04 WJ's and later '02 to '06 TJ's.
