Default Turn Signals and Blower Motor Stopped Working

So while driving home today in the heat my blower motor and turn signals stopped working. Checked the fuses, they all look fine. Anyone come across this themselves?

Thanks

NVM.........Just drove it again, wipers aren't working either, clock is not lighting up without turning on the lights, and I'm assuming if I did have a radio it wouldn't be working either....... Seems like a bad ignition switch to me. I just replaced the dang thing within the past 4 years.

Think I should change my username to 4EverNoob.

Unbolt the junction block in the passenger's footwell and check for water leakage and corrosion between the layers of the block. Power for everything in the cabin goes thru that.

Thanks Dave I will. I should also mention that my dash lights work fine, my hazard lights work fine, and the clock lights up when I turn on the headlights just not when they are off.

Ok so just to recap and give an update:

Symptoms: Blower motor stopped working, 12v cigarette lighter stopped working, turn signals stopped working (but Hazard lights still worked), clock only lit up when headlights were on, wipers stopped working.

Conclusion: Bad ignition switch. Replaced it, everything is back to normal and in working order.

Hope this helps someone in the future

Yep. Brown wire melts

Have you done the blower motor ground upgrade?

Yes that's exactly what happened. The plastics of the two connectors were fused together. I did the ground upgrade a while ago. What does that brown wire go to?

Power for blower, turn signals, radio etc. It's overloaded. It will probably never give you trouble again.
