Question Turn Signals/Hazards Cig lighter not working

Hello Community, I'm new here so if I posted in the wrong section please correct.

I have a 2000 XJ and my Turn Signals and Hazards randomly stopped working.

I've researched prior to posting and tinkered with the Jeep for a bit and this is everything I've done and experienced.

Replaced the Relay on the Driver side.
Checked Fuse #7 by passenger kick panel ( With a test light theres no power and the fuse is not blown; replaced anyway)
Replaced the Multi Function switch
Replaced the headlight switch
Cleaned all grounds in the engine bay
Removed Fuse box from Passneger Kick Panel to clean all corroded contacts, only 1 pin had minor corrosion

In addition to all of these my cigarette lighter stopped working and with the test light both cigarette lighter plugs are getting power to its Positive and Negative.
That fuse and relay has been checked and both were okay but replaced anyway.

I'm a bit baffled at this point and was wondering if it could be my ECU.

I have like a fool used my Jeep to jump my semi truck over a year ago in which is when I first started to experience electrical issues that only seemed to have gotten progressively worse.

Have you checked the ECU? It's located under the hood on the driver's side and consists of a black and gray unit with a connector that has numerous wires.

Is your turn signal relay making any clicking sounds, even just a single click?

I want to clarify whether Fuse 7 is receiving power. If it isn't, this suggests an issue with your wiring harness and will kill license light left side turn, parking, marker and lamp.
Fuse 23 controls the right side turn marking and tail lights.

You mentioned that the cigarette lighter stopped working but confirmed it has power. This could be due to body warping or corrosion. It's relatively easy to replace, and doing so is not complicated.

Based on the information provided, I don't believe the ECUs are the concern.

Lastly, have you checked the bulbs?

Thank you for your reply

After spending the whole day diagnosing I found out if I run a wire straight from the negative battery post to the negative cigarette lighter wiring everything started to work again, yes, even the hazards and turn signals. My cigarette lighter prior to going out was reading on my phone car charger a fluctuating 6-9 volts after doing the direct wiring to the battery it went up 12-13v.

I traced that wire back to the junction box off to the right side under the steering column and bridged a ground wire to the frame above the hood release.

People were saying it could be the G107 or G108 ground location and in my 2000 I believe its located else where from where they were predicting, seeing that I was running out of daylight and have a early start to my day tomorrow I did this cheap bridge fix.

I hope this helps people in the future and I will do a proper fix this upcoming weekend.
