TWO problems: Wet Floor and Cowl vent confusion

Could be the door pins/hinges if the door is out of alignment allowing water to get in. I can't say I've seen it happen on a Cherokee but I just fixed that problem on a Blazer.

I just removed the interior but it was at a time when the temperature was agreeable. For me that was Winter (Florida). I replaced the carpet. The front section - forward of the cargo floor - was about $125.00 if I remember correctly. It was a very good match to the original carpet and it was already molded to fit.

I was afraid that was the case.... so is it super hard to pull that side of the carpet out? Like, it's Minus 6 Celcius today and for the whole week, ideally I would be putting a heater in there to soften all plastics, but I don't want to really spend hours in there in the cold!
