Question Two ques.

Hi,

1- Is this oil (in the pic.) a power steering oil or not?

2- Do car oils have expiry dates?

you can use tranny fluid as power steering flui, and never hearrd of oil expireing .

True I don't think it dose, but that said you can't use break fluid after it sets open so Idk...

Specifically this is because brake fluid must stay clean - the main concern is water getting into the system.

Yes. Brake fluid absorbs water, sitting around in the bottle with the cap half-screwed on will eventually ruin it.
