mine sits anywhere from 200-210 always and never goes above, since its hot outside i have the AC on(even with 5% tint i still is hot......) and the electric fan i guess keeps its cool. I also have a brand new Thermostat, a Brand new radiator(PO never did a flush) and i have a spaced hood. It does pretty well and keeps the temp way down. Even on the hottest days(110 and towing). Like i said i just recently had it up at 230-240 and then it went back down, it is time to change out to a summer coolant mixture anyways..

You may be right on this one. Took it to Discount tire today to have the valve stems replaced (for free!!!!) and i shut off the motor and the electric fan stayed on? it just kept running and running and running.....lol It happened for a few starts and stops, I just let it run for the short stops (what could be the harm other than battery drain...) but when i pulled up at my house afterwards it had stopped and hasnt been an issue since them!... hmmm.... oh well. Arizona heat will dry it out, 100* today
