So, I started to work on it again this morning and above this part - where the arrow is.. that's where the tranny sits.

I don't understand, there doesn't even seem to be a mount on there.

Please help

Just talked to my buddys dad who's a mechanic and he said I need the entire assembly. Some '89s come like the one you have but unfortunately mine needs the entire thing.

The rubber that's show in the pic below came apart, is there anything I can fill it with so it sticks back together? Or should I just replace it? I only ask because funds are real low and I'd rather not buy the whole thing.

Thanks

Has anyone used a 2 part liquid RTV Urethane to fill transmission mounts? Is it safe? Durable?

do you already have the first mount
if you do it should work you just need to leave the bracket in place
and bolt the new one up to it
this comes from a very reliable parts guy
