remove the small bolts on the side
and leave the bracket
then you can remove the two bolts going into the tranny
and then bolt the new mount up to it

remove the nuts in the red circle
then you can remove the tranny bolts in the yellow circle

put the new mount up so the yellow circled holes match
re install trany bolts
then the crossbar back on using the holes that you can see on my crossbeam

I'm sorry man, the girlfriend took off with the camera, waiting for her to return to snap a few pics.

I'll try and do what you just said right now.

So I did exactly as you said mike, took the small bolts off then the ones coming off the tranny and this entire piece came off:

Now thing is, the new mount fits on the crossmember but the two holes that mount on the tranny are too far apart. I thought I had it good to go for a second, but the holes don't match up. Any thoughts? Thanks

One bolt hole lines up and the other is about 1 1/2" to 2" off

Has anyone used this mount

http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/Pro...artNumber=2570

and knows if its shorter in length than

http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/Pro...artNumber=2625

or if the bolt holes that mount to the tranny are closer together? Or just another mount entirely that will fit. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I was afraid of that rare is not always great, especially in this situation.
