Default vacuum lines

I am hunting down a vacuum leak. Can anyone tell me if this line in first picture is the same one as second. This is a 97 sport. The second pic is from behind the glove box. Thanks.

Its all behind the dash. I'd have to rip the dash apart to trace it. My idea was if it was the same to cut it and run a new vac line . To see if my problem would goaway.

unhook both ends and blow through it. have someone hold the other end or spray something through it. It looks to be the same line though. I guess it's for the doors on the heat/air that's not working??

Cant really unplug it on the inside, I guess I'll have to cut it and smoke a cig. The cruise control doesnt work all the time and if accelerating the a/c blower goes out.

I have no idea if a check valve is in the new one. ? I had ordered one a long time ago and changed them out the other day to see if the ball might be the problem or not.
