I ran a pacesetter butterfly turbo manifold on my eagle talon an it cracked the day I put it on. But it did add good power you need to weld the flange where the tubes start

[QUOTE]i didnt put it up there cuz its EXPENSIVE......./QUOTE]

i agree. i bought them in the summer when i had the money and i figured if i am going to get headers i might well get the best ones....a selling factor for me is that they have a lifetime warranty on the header so if you break it they replace it, making it the last header you'll ever buy for the 4.0 motor.

ya i got some just like this, they are daystar, lifted the motor a 1/4 inch and the fan got into the fan shroud, the entire jeep vibrated its *** off and my tranny was rubbing so the vibrations in it were so terrrible. i went back to stock because why would u want your motor lifted anymore than it is???? makes no sense at all, and thats a solid mount, which means your going to get alot more engine noise inside of your car. my rear view mirror was shaking so bad i couldn't see the car behind me........load of crap so i got my 80 bucks back....

well i just put on one from ineedparts.com. seems well made but some of the bolts are very hard to get to, especially number 1 as noted in the instruction sheet. when i removed the OEM, I was able to use a ratchet on all of the bolts but with the new manifold it wasn't as easy and I had to use a wrench on a couple of them. I couldn't even find a crack in my OEM unit, so I probably just had a leak in the gasket somewhere.. not an easy job, but not too bad either, a little time consuming.

kinda looking for a header that is going to give me a performance gain. IMO that is bout the same as the manifold that comes on the jeep. maybe reinforced just a tad better. looks cheap imo

i heard running duels on a jeep would mean i couldn't take it off-roading? i heard it from a few guys on here when i was asking to duel my jeep. that true?

also, u know what the hole is on the header? second tube from right, halfway down....
