Sounds like a bad situation. What's the question here? Obviously you need to replace the rear wheel seal (and since you're probably pulling them anyway, the wheel bearings) and go from there. You could have a bad rear wheel bearing which caused the outer seal to fail and that's it (meaning replacing just the bearing and seal), but it could be a problem with the rear diff or something else. I had bad vibration at about 50+ with my 2k TJ and it was just a single bad tire (the 13 year old spare that never got rotated - shockingly. ). I would guess that the leaking seal is a dead giveaway for where your root problem lies.

I’m actually thinking it’s brake fluid so I️ guess a bad break cylinder. Now just bad vibration at 45 mph

Maybe something in the rear brake unit is stuck and causing drag. Does it feel like it's dragging?

There's another thread regarding the tranny mount that seems to be all the rage. Did the vibration happen suddenly or has this been building over time?

I'd fix that wheel cylinder before you drive off and lose the ability to brake.

Is it vibrating thru the steering wheel, when you are on the brakes or off the brakes, or do you feel it from underneath the vehicle? Like said, need more info. The fluid could be a leaking wheel cylinder or the axle seal. Is that the source of the vibration? No clue. But the leak needs tended to as it will contaminate the brake shoes should it end up there.
