Check your motor mounts and trans mount.

An easy way to check your motor mounts. It to have some one start your Jeep and while you watch the engine Have them start it put it in drive and give it some gas. What you are looking for is how much does the engine twist. What ever you do. DO NOT STAND IN FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. I'm sure that you would have figured that one out. But I just wanted to add that in there for safety. Better safe then sorry!

Check to see if your exhaust pipe is real close to the trans crossmember.
