Default vibration under feet under acceleration

Anyone have a clue. It feels like its lagging power but if I put it in neutral it revs up fine just does it in gear

like stated above it could be a bad u joint. do you have a lift? if so you may need a SYE to get rid of vibs since the angles would be all messed up.

driveshaft out of balance? bent driveshaft as well. seen it happen on stock jeeps. Its only felt under load because the driveshaft is bent (weakened) which causes it to flex under tension(on the throttle)

That hurt my brain to read.

It could also be caused by a bad motor mount/transmission mount. Definitely check those too.

I'd start with replacing those front driveshaft ujoints before anything else since you have play in them. That may very well fix your entire problem right there.
