Thats least of my worrys and it wasnt leaking out of there till i put new cap on, and way it is leaking it shouldnt be unless there is blowback, i think its sad to say i need a new head.. i mean when i had it running it was dripping water out of exhaust and smoking like crazy i mean when you rev it up you couldnt even see the ground from a cloud of white smoke..

What is blowback? The rad cap is designed to release cooling system pressure at the caps designated pressure release design point. Even when pressure is being released, there shouldn't be a leak at the rad cap unless it's the wrong cap, the cap is installed incorrectly or the neck of the rad is cracked. The rad cap, is a 2 way valve, it releases pressure/coolant to the bottle and allows coolant to re-enter the system from the bottle as the engine cools. The water pump is located on the block, not the head, and a cooling system pressure test will reveal any/all leaks but it won't reveal a clogged radiator or bad fan clutch.

im saying im not worryied about it coming out of cap when its smoking/running so ****ty its barely driveable, and the main leak is coming somewhere from the head.

There is a simple die test kit you can get at any auto parts store to see if you have a cracked block or head. It changes color in the presence of atmosphere (?? remebering not quoting)
You could also do an oil change and see if there is coolant in the oil when you drain it.
Or perform a viking funeral and push it off a cliff.......
