Just a couple weeks ago I redid the seam sealer where the yellow dots are in your photo. I've yet to see if it made an improvement though.

thanks Jed i appreciate it. I did some sealing where you said and I think I've got it. Now my main problem is weather stripping. Bran new still doesn't seal properly. I'll have to see what I can figure out there.

Are your hinges tearing off your jeep? xj I have worked most have had bad hinges. I got one a few years from this guy he forgot to tell me that and when I opened the door it fell completly off the pos. So I got a good deal.

haha oh yeah what a deal. The passenger front door had one tearing hinge but it's welded back where it belongs now. None of the other doors have any issues with the hinges. I have had to loosen the hinge bolts and push the doors in or out to change the geometry of where they close on the inside. That was successful but it only went so far for getting the doors to stop leaking. It rained pretty hard the other day and the only door I had issues with was the rear hatch though. Water is getting underneath the seal where it pinches on so I'm just gonna rtv the **** out of it and call it a day lol
