What's really gonna annoy me is the fact that I bypassed my Heater Core thinking that was leaking. Maybe i do have heat after all

Why did you bypass it if there wasn't coolant on your floor?

Last people ran water throughout the system. So no coolant anywhere.

And you probably dont NEEEEEEED antifreeze living in Texas. Unless maybe North of Dallas or in the panhandle....
