Water Pump Pulley
I'm working on replacing my water pump gasket and I'm stuck on getting the bolts off the pulley, I see two holes on the face of the water pump...
Should I just go to an auto parts store and buy a "special" tool to hold it in place? I'm hoping there's some kind of "poor boy" trick someone is willing to share...
Thanks guys!

If you have a small pipe wrench you can set it up so it is grabbing the inside and outside of the pulley. Just make sure you put something like your old belt on the outside so the pipe wrench doesn't destroy the pulley.

Had yer same problem the other day tryin to put on the water pump. Couldnt get the pulley off with regular tools so we broke out the compressor and air ratchet wrench. Took the bolts right off. If you go this route, I dont advise using it when putting them back on.
