So everytime I turn on my air conditioning or heater there is this weird noise. I think it is the fan because of the fact that it makes this noise when I turn on the heater or the air conditioning. It is a loud shrieking noise per say, not really sure how to describe it. It is pretty loud and after like 10 seconds it will stop making the noise. Would this be the fan motor? Or are there other parts in this fan/climate control assembly. Any help would be awesome, I don't know much about that system. Thanks in advance

 

Well.. Since we need to guess at the vehicle you are working on, I will say it's the fan motor tho.

Haha sorry, i definetely forgot some slight details there didnt I.... It is a 95 xj country with the 4.0, and it is not the serpentine belt, i know that for a fact. It is definetly coming from that section of the dash under the glove box
