As discussed in the other thread, do the compression check.

I don't think a (completely) stuck open exhaust valve would limit RPMs, but a malfunctioning intake, or adjacent cylinder head gasket failure might. Listen at all leak points (throttle body, tailpipe or exhaust manifold oil filler, bubbly radiator) for clues.

And you would see a stuck valve with the valve cover off. Didn't notice that in the video.

So I pulled the wiring bundle apart and didn’t see anything alarming, that doesn’t rule out the possibility of a bad wire but I didn’t see anything crazy. I’m considering the possibility that when my Jeep say outside for a month straight while waiting for the guy to finish putting my Jeep back together I could have gotten some water in the tank, I’m probably gonna buy some heet to put in the tank just to be cautious. New pcm comes tomorrow as well. I really miss driving the Jeep ugh I hope I get it solved soon

I would check to see if the injectors and spark plugs are actually firing (noid light and spark tester). Seems to me a driver in the PCM would have gotten fried given your history.

That said, also seems to me there'd be a laundry list of error codes.

Did you check the vacuum?

yea it’s strange I’m getting no error codes from it, i drove it a couple of days to work with the issue hoping it would throw a code for something but never did. Iv looked at every vacuum like and none are broken or anything, I did the long screwdriver test to each injector and can hear them all working. Haven’t checked spark yet but it’ll be something I do when I pull plugs to check the gaps

If you haven't done so already you may want to take the vehicle to a local parts store that will scan it for you. My understanding is that unless certain criteria are met the PCM won't activate the CEL or trip codes that can be detected by a scanning tool.

Well I feel like an idiot, fixed my problem. Some heet and a fresh tank of gas and it’s running like it used to, only problem is I didn’t seat the o-ring all the way so now it has gas leaking out around the pump. I’ll get that fixed this weekend
