Default Weird noise in rear

Have a weird noise coming from the rear of my 99 XJ. Almost sounds like a baseball card in a bicycle tire. Just started today, accelarating and braking. Any help?

see if your drive shaft is hitting anything, look at your tires see if something maybe in them, reason I say that is, it is only happening when you accelerate and braking.
