I just got some Wagner rotors from RA for $24 each. Pretty good and quiet. Though my Jeep is not lifted. But now they are making a little noise because I didn't change the caliper like I knew I should have.

Just don't go with the drilled/slotted ones. I has some of those on my truck and they were noisy, was told by the manufacturer that's just the why they are. Took them off and went with plain ones after 3 months.

Go with plain rotors (not drilled or slotted). The pad compound is what makes all the difference. What pads are you using, and what are your goals (define "best")?
