Question What coils and springs should I get?

I'm looking to return my XJ to stock height as it looks like the leaf springs were installed upside down. My Jeep will primarily be used on paved roads, but I still want it to be ok for light-med off-road use.

For coil springs, Im thinking about getting the moog ones. They say heavy duty. What exactly does this mean? Will it make the ride quality worse? When compressing the springs, can I use a Macpherson strut coil compressor like this?

For the leaf springs, I'm not sure what to get. Are all of these stock size?

I also found some on Quadratech, but they don't have the bushing inserts. Can I use something like this to install them:

Again, some of these say heavy duty. What is the difference?
