Unhappy What Is This Noise!? (Video)

2001 Jeep Cherokee... Lately been having weak acceleration along with this knocking noise! Spent tons of time trying to figure it out... anyone know what it could be? It sounds like it is coming from the Driver side. In Idle it sounds calm and good, no rough noises or jerks. When you accelerate there is a loss of power and that noise happens. This happens after the Jeep runs for 7 Minutes or more or when you shut it off and start it again.

Recent Fixes:
Oil Change about 2 Months Ago
Knocking Started Happening 3-4 Weeks Ago
New Oil Change about 2 Weeks Ago (wanted to make sure it wasn't a bad oil change) - 10W30 High Mileage
Radiator Flush
New Radiator Install
Thermostat Housing Replacement
Ignition Coil
Spark Plugs
Air Filter
Lucas Transmission Slip Bottle
Engine Restore Bottle

It was throwing 3 Misfire codes 2+ Months ago, so I replaced the Ignition Coil and Spark Plugs. Cleared the CEL and finally came back on today only for Cylinder 1 Misfire after driving it about 70 Miles.

Not really sure what else it could be. An air flow issue, a transmission issue or engine issue.

Any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like rod knock to me.

Do you remember what the oil look like when it was changed 2 months ago? What about the coolant? Were they mixing at all? What about now? If the head cracked, which the 2001 are known for, and you kept driving it like that, the coolant most likely wiped out the bearings. Even if you didnt notice it then, it could be an issue now. Check the oil, and the coolant. Pull the oil cap off and look for any signs of coolant. Should be NO coolant in there whatsoever. A blown head gasket could be a thing as well. Coolant getting into the cylinders, and fouls the plugs. I would check those, too.
