well if you have read any of my stuff you know i am a tight *** when it come to spending money on my jeep. Shocks where a big puchace for me because i couldnt make them. Mine where $203 to my door. I recomend doing research on shocks before you buy. it tooke me 3 months to decide on the doestchs but i am extremely happy with them and everyone that sees them cant believe how beefy they are.

I will order them again when needed. I orderd mine for a 6.5 in lift. I only have 5.5 but still wish i would have order them for a 7 or 7.5in lift because im going a little higher.

hope i helped

I had those prerunners on my old ZJ.... Great for wheelin' but pretty stiff on the street to me... And I bent one(was warrantied without question great service).... Thats when I switched to RE mono tubes.... 320 bucks... great shocks, but kinda pricey when your a cheapy like me... Skyjackers were like 119 bucks with a 35.00 rebate... I'm just sayin'....... 84 bucks and they were on my long arm'ed TJ, That went on runs to rauch creek and paragon, driving 6-8 hours there and 6-8 back and NEVER had a problem with them.... I just think for the money ya just can't go wrong.... To each their own.

How about some BDS shocks or maybe some OME shocks, both ride nice, both on and off road .But the OME shocks are the best out there.g/l.

OME shocks are like...85$ a piece...thats alot of money. ill stick with the doetsch shocks. at $44 a piece and being heavy duty and smooth riding...i think it will be worth it

and i would never buy a cadillac...just couldnt see myself being in one.

A set of bilstein 5100's can be had for around $300 on shockwarehouse.com. Use the coupon jeep5 and it saves you 5%. I hear bilsteins are hard to beat.

im definitely going to get them blistens! if i use the jeep5 code ill get them for 290 shipped...free shipping on orders over 95$...i think i found my new favorite website haha. blistens are some great shocks too...and they are offroad shocks...so i know they will most likely ride rough. but i dont care...its a jeep, it already rides rough with pro comp nitro shocks and poly bumpstops...so im expecting a much better ride to be honest.
