What product should I coat my bumpers with?

What product should I coat my bumpers with?
They're all scraped up and whatnot so I'm gunna take them off, sand em' then I was wondering what I should spray on there to make them extremely durable.
Something like rhinoliner? idk I've never done this.
What do y'all recommend?

That roll-on bedliner that Stryker put on his floor, or I think JakeWI used on his rockers (Which I love BTW) looks like a good deal...

I wouldn't powdercoat it because if it get chipped on a rock or whatever, then you have a scratch that will rust. And you wouldn't be able to quick fix it like paint.
You could try a Hammerite paint job..??

I am surprised, with all the answers given, and NO-ONE mentioned the easiest and CHEAPEST.
MUD...
Can be obtained EVERYWHERE.
Comes in a variety of earth-tone colors.
Easy application. Only tool needed is the gas pedal.
