They're all scraped up and whatnot so I'm gunna take them off, sand em' then I was wondering what I should spray on there to make them extremely durable.

Something like rhinoliner? idk I've never done this.

What do y'all recommend?

That roll-on bedliner that Stryker put on his floor, or I think JakeWI used on his rockers (Which I love BTW) looks like a good deal...

Try to check RustOleum Spray Paints for your bumper....
My wheeling buddy have used it to his rear bumper and it looks good...

I used Duplicolor spray bedliner. Just sand the crap out of them first, wipe them down with acetone and spray.

I forgot to mention that I could have them powder coated for dirt cheap. Should I have this done?

I wouldn't powdercoat it because if it get chipped on a rock or whatever, then you have a scratch that will rust. And you wouldn't be able to quick fix it like paint.
You could try a Hammerite paint job..??

I am surprised, with all the answers given, and NO-ONE mentioned the easiest and CHEAPEST.

MUD...
Can be obtained EVERYWHERE.
Comes in a variety of earth-tone colors.
Easy application. Only tool needed is the gas pedal.
Most places, its FREE

X2 on the mud!

(but there's duplicolor spray on bedliner under my topcoat of mud, and it has held up great. I've got it on the rockers/quarters. )
