only pre 93 non abs used the 260x joints, the axles with center axle disconnect motor. all abs equipped jeeps, no CAD motor, used the 297x joints. also after 93 and up all used the 297 joints. the 760x is just a replacement for the 297. the difference between the 297 and 760 is the clips. the 760 uses full circle clips, which you may have to modify your existing stub shaft ears to accept the full circle clips.
i believe they discontinued the CAD in 91, therefor, non abs jeeps between 92 and 93 (it might be up to 94) non abs still used the 260. 297 on all abs equipped jeeps from 87 up.
